Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor degree any field 
  2. Deep understanding at end to end operational process and analysis data
  3. Sales & Strategy, Customer Service Management or Relations
  4. Minimum 5 years experiences of working experience in Service, Sales and or Operational Division
  5. Preferable with minimum 3 Years work experience in managerial level
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot, function IF, V look UP, H look UP, Index, SUMIFs, etc)
  7. Strong in Operational and Data Analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Support Cody Planning Manager in developing operational Cody Department at HQ and Branches
  2. Create and support the step needed related to Cody service, sales, and collection
  3. Manage sales acquisition team and produce monthly management report
  4. Preparing a Time Plan related to Planning, Implementation, and evaluation related Operational
  5. Generate overall report from database for analysing and producing insights to initiate sales planning executions
  6. Branch monitoring and visit periodically
  7. Monitor Branches Operational and Performances
  8. Guideline, Policy, SOPs, and KPI Implementation and Evaluation
  9. Implementation Result Report
  10. Support Cody Planning Manager to Control Branch finance administration
  11. Commission, Staff Benefit and claim evaluation
  12. Cooperate with other division to support branch improvement related maintenance service, membership and collection knowledge, work attitude, creativity, and employee satisfaction
