Requirements

Responsibilities
- Research on compliance and legal requirements, analyze and write advice/reports to management
- Assist compliance and legal matters of company clients, mostly corporate structures, permits and compliance, legal services, administration and HR legal matters
- Draft/revise legal documents, agreements, legal advice (bilingual) for various requirements
- Communicate with internal parties effectively for the scope of services and inquiries
- Identify policies, SOP, and regulations
- Planning and preparing compliance report in accordance with the applicable regulations
- Ensuring compliance related licensing and institution control
