- Ability to communicate professionally with people within all levels of the organization and external party.
- Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and capable in working as part of team to meet reporting deadline.
- Organizational, planning skills and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Keeping track of assigned account to identify outstanding payment and responsible for billing overdue before the due date customer through phone calls, email or visit
- Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments, location and contacting customer to inquire of their payment status
- Processing and performing administrative and clerical task such as sending Invoice, filling paperwork
- Check and scrutinize invoices for accuracy before send to customer
- Maximizing credit collection effectiveness by active contacting customer and collection of promise to pay
- Answer questions and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers, and clients as requested
- To be responsible on monthly closing to ensure closing on time
- Assist Executive to reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients, if requested
