We are looking for Sales Manager (SM) that have 100 sales man! 

1. Minimum Diploma Degree 
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in leading direct sales team in insurance, property, home appliances, electronic, automotive industries 
3. Minimum age is 30 years old
4. Proven record of successfully develop sales team (network, recruiting, training, sales) 
5. Having experience in Single Level Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing is preferable 
6. Sales Manager candidate is required to have direct sales team (down-line sales team) consists of at least 5 Sales Supervisors with at least 75 salesmen in total

• Lead the DST (Direct Sales Team organization) to achieve objectives set by the company.
• Work with General Manager to set direction to his/her Sales Team organization with strong collaboration with Health Managers.  
• Work closely with different departments in the company to ensure the DST organization can perform at its best and meet company’s expectations.
